Our founder has delivered about 10 lakh sq ft of homes to more than 500 customers, through SRK Group and an earlier venture.
Each new community is planned for the families that will grow inside it: room for every generation, and a neighbourhood around them.

From the founder
“A home is the one thing a family builds once. We build every one as if it were our own.”
I came to real estate in 2006, after working as a software engineer. What drew me was simple: a home is the largest thing most families ever buy, and they deserve a builder who plans it carefully, tells them the truth and finishes on time.
Since then we have handed over more than 500 homes, from the 210 villas of SRK Green Park in Hyderabad to SRKg Luxepolis in Bangalore. Every project still carries our name, and that is the promise we keep.
